Studio in Benalmadena – direct access to beach

This compact studio is located directly on the sea front, adjacent to the marina, with uninterrupted sea views & direct access from the apartment block to the promenade where you will find access to the beach, restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets.
The apartment is equipped with a separate Kitchen & bathroom. The Living and sleeping area compromises of a fold-down bed that pulls down very easily into a king size bed, so it can be stored away during the day to create more space. There are also two armchairs that can be open out to create single beds. The lounge is fitted with an AC unit.

There is a TV, internet access, a terrace with dining area & glass curtains to enable you to enjoy the sun all year round. The kitchen has a two ring hob, coffee machine, fridge freezer and microwave. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and a full length mirror. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle and washing machine.
