Poised on the hillside, the property boasts fantastic panoramic views of Marbella, the Mediterranean and North Africa. This peaceful development has just a few private properties and a offers a lovely communal pool situated just 20 metres from the property and surrounded by mature gardens. Although situated inland, it is only a 5 minute drive to the coast and a further 10 minutes into the heart of Marbella town.

The townhouse is arranged over 2 floors, with the bedrooms situated on the entrance level. Descend the stairs and you find the living area comprising of a lounge/diner, kitchen and guest cloakroom. The large, open lounge/diner offers a fireplace feature and has French windows with wooden shutters leading out onto the private terrace and garden. Here you can enjoy some spectacular views of the sea and North Africa from sun rise to sun set. The rustic kitchen is off the dining area and is fully equipped. There is also a guest cloakroom.
