your home from home, with the following five-star treatment:
When you visit
- We'll pick you up in a chauffeur-driven vehicle at the airport and drive you
to your home.
- Your holiday home will be waiting
for you, cleaned and aired.
- Fresh flowers and a welcome pack
of essential groceries and toiletries
will be waiting for you.
- Freshly laundered towels and linen
will be ready and waiting.
- The beds will be made up.
- The water will be hot, ready for
that relaxing shower after your long
journey.
- The air conditioning or heating
will be on, depending on the season.
- All electrical appliances will
have been given a final check.
When you leave
- Our HomeCare Manager will drop by to make sure that all your electrical appliances, including heaters, air conditioning, the immersion heater and so on, have been switched off.
- We’ll collect and launder all your towels and linen.
- Your property will be given an essential clean.
- Your fridge, dishwasher and washing machine will be checked and the doors left open.
- Your outdoor soft furnishings will be brought inside.
- Your property will be checked to ensure all doors and windows are securely locked.
