What are my obligations
when renting my property?
In general your obligations are as follows:
- Obtaining insurance of building and its contents,
including theft and third party liability,
(please inform your insurance company that
you are renting your property)
- Paying community/club fees
- Paying property and income taxes and local rates
- Telephone calls and standing charge –
calls can be recoverable from security deposit
if connected
- Paying electricity standing charge and consumption
- Paying for all replacements and repairs if not covered
by rental client's security deposit
- Paying satellite TV charges
- Paying water standing charge and consumption
- Replacing gas bottles
- Paying for the supply and maintenance of fire safety
equipment

What if I or my
friends want to visit my property?
No problem, the booking system we have is
mirrored on your owner’s area on HomeCareontheweb and you can book out as many weeks as you require.
We will then provide you and your guests the
same 5 star visit package.

How do you pay the
rental income to me?
Rental income is credited to your account
as soon as the rental process is complete -
normally at the end of each month direct into
your Spanish Bank account and a regular statement
is posted to your owner’s area on HomeCareontheweb.

What are the fees
and commissions charged to rent my property?
As a subscriber of HomeCareontheweb
to prepare your property for rental we take
photographs, write and agree with you the
full description of the property and services,
produce a guest manual, agree the rental charges
then publish and market it on HolidayRentalontheweb
for no charge.
All other activities such as cleaning, laundry,
homecare manager inventory and guest visits,
secure key delivery etc. are provided as charged.
Our commission is based upon the total rental
