Andalucian Dream Homes team up with HomeCareontheWeb
Andalucian Dream Homes, the market-leading estate agency on the Costa del Sol, has just signed an exclusive partnership agreement with HomeCareontheWeb to provide their clients with our prestige property management and rentals services.
With some of our closest rivals struggling to stay afloat in the economic slowdown, this new partnership is yet more good news as we build on our positive start to 2008. Not only are our services are being personally recommended by Andalucian Dream Homes directly to all their new clients, we are also taking over the marketing and management of all their existing rentals properties and tenancies.
In a recent press release, Andalucian Dream Homes’ MD, David Honeyman, made it clear they specifically chose to partner with HomeCareontheWeb “because of their excellent reputation on the Coast, their unrivalled experience in the property management and rentals management market, the sheer professionalism of their twenty-strong team and, more significantly, because they’re dedicated specialists in their field and therefore able to provide a wider and more specific range of property management and rentals services for our after sales clients than we’re able to.”

It’s official, 2008 has been the best year yet for our holiday rentals accommodation division with more than triple the volume of holiday rental bookings compared to our previous best last summer.
